Sometimes, even the highest quality products can show early signs of wear or have an unforeseen defect. If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from The Bedroom Store, we’re here to help. Please fill in and submit the form below. A Sleep Specialist will respond to your submission within 5 business days to help you with your claim.

  1. Only one claim per submission.
  2. All claims must be able to produce the original bill of sale.
  3. Claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period.
  4. It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.
  5. The Bedroom Store reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request.
